These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rockin Transfers website and your purchase of our products and services. Throughout these Terms, “Rockin Transfers,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Rockin Transfers.

By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to purchase from this website. If you allow a minor to use this website, you are responsible for their activity.

You may not use our products, services or website for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or any material intended to damage or interfere with the website.

2. Products and Services

Rockin Transfers offers products and services that may include:

  • Custom DTF transfers

  • DTF gang sheets

  • Ready-to-ship transfers

  • Sublimation transfers

  • Rush processing

  • Artwork checks and related services

Product availability, pricing, descriptions and processing times may change without notice. We may discontinue a product, limit quantities or refuse service when reasonably necessary.

We try to display product images and colors accurately, but printed colors may vary from digital artwork or mockups because of screen settings, ink production, garment color, fabric composition and application conditions.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect product information or pricing

  • Unavailable materials or products

  • Prohibited or unlawful artwork

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Orders that cannot be reasonably fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping and payment information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and additional service fees are shown during checkout.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may correct pricing or product-description errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Custom Orders and Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork before completing checkout. Orders may be printed exactly as submitted.

You are responsible for errors including:

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Low resolution or pixelation

  • Misspelled words

  • Unwanted backgrounds

  • Stray pixels

  • Incorrect orientation

  • Missing design elements

  • Improper gang-sheet layout

  • Poor-quality customer-supplied files

Purchasing an artwork check does not include complete redesign work, extensive editing or guaranteed color matching unless those services are specifically included.

6. Artwork Ownership and Permission

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to reproduce it.

You must not submit material that:

  • Violates copyrights, trademarks or publicity rights

  • Contains unlawful, abusive or deceptive content

  • Violates another person’s privacy

  • Promotes illegal activity

  • Contains malicious files or code

You retain ownership of your original artwork. You grant Rockin Transfers a limited right to access, process, resize when necessary, print and reproduce the artwork solely to provide the products and services you requested.

You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from artwork you submitted without proper authorization.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after checkout, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission.

Review your artwork, size, quantity, product selection and shipping address before placing your order. Additional products may require a separate order and additional shipping charges.

8. Processing and Rush Orders

Standard processing time is 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Eligible orders with Rush My Order added to the cart will ship the same business day when placed before 1:00 PM Central Time, or the next business day when placed after the cutoff.

Ready-to-ship transfers ordered before 1:00 PM Central Time are expected to ship the same business day.

Processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Rush processing speeds up production but does not guarantee carrier transit or arrival time.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is provided through third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Rockin Transfers.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Rockin Transfers is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delays, loss and damage are subject to the carrier’s procedures. Contact us with your order and tracking information, and we will provide reasonable assistance with available shipment information or a carrier claim.

10. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Because our products are custom-produced, made to order or intended for one-time use, all sales are final unless an item is confirmed to be incorrect or defective.

Incorrect or defective items must be reported to rockindtftransfers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your request must include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

Do not return a product without receiving written authorization and instructions. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Our complete Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Transfer Application

All transfers must be applied using a suitable heat press and the recommended application instructions. Household irons and Cricut-style craft presses are not recommended.

Application results depend on the equipment, garment, temperature, pressure, pressing time and peeling technique. Rockin Transfers is not responsible for transfers damaged because of incorrect application or unsuitable materials.

Every transfer is intended for one-time use. Customers should test their equipment and garment before completing a large production run.

12. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Our ecommerce store and checkout are powered by Shopify and may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s content—including the Rockin Transfers name, logo, original graphics, written content, layout and branding—is owned by or licensed to Rockin Transfers.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without written permission.

Purchasing a transfer does not automatically grant ownership of, or commercial licensing rights to, the underlying artwork unless such rights are expressly stated.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other non-order content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another party’s rights.

You grant Rockin Transfers permission to display and use voluntarily submitted reviews or promotional content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law. You may contact us if you want us to review a removal request.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

  • For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • To violate intellectual-property rights

  • To harass, threaten or discriminate against others

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To distribute malware or harmful code

  • To collect another person’s information without authorization

  • To interfere with website security or functionality

  • To attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • To place fraudulent orders or initiate abusive payment disputes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to Facebook, payment processors, shipping providers or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockin Transfers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Rockin Transfers harmless from third-party claims, damages or expenses resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of the website

  • Artwork submitted without appropriate rights or permission

  • Your violation of another party’s intellectual-property or privacy rights

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

21. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your place of residence.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, practices, website or legal obligations. Updates become effective when posted on this page with a revised date.

Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
